Could not be happier with the service I received from Wade at Critter Control of Des Moines! He was not the first pro who came to my home for an inspection, but he was the first to believe that the sounds I was describing were certainly not mice, as I had been told by the previous three companies I hired to take a look. Wade set a trap on my roof and caught the raccoon who had been squatting in my attic and making me miserable by keeping me awake at night.
I know I can't be the first woman who wasn't heard or believed by the men who were expected to get rid of pests and, while it is unfortunate that I had to go through so many different inspections by various companies, I am glad that long and frustrating journey led me to Critter Control. I am so grateful for the way Wade took me seriously and explained every step and option. I will now sleep much better at night!
